CHORAL ARTS PROGRAM

Choral Arts – Musical Theatre for Everyone!

Do you love to sing, act, or dance? Choral Arts is a high-energy musical theatre program designed for adults (16+) with developmental or physical disabilities who are ready for a fun challenge.

In this program, you’ll develop your skills in solo singing, choreography, script reading, monologues, and improv, while learning to work together as a cast. Each season, the group prepares and performs a full-length musical as part of our annual Fundraising Cabaret—a highlight of the year that brings the community together to celebrate talent, creativity, and joy on stage.

Our program’s goals go beyond performance: we aim to build community and foster meaningful connections by working alongside community members. At our last Cabaret, participants had the incredible opportunity to partner with University of Alberta vocal students, creating an unforgettable experience for performers and audience alike.

Choral Arts is more than just rehearsals and performance—it’s about confidence, friendship, and the thrill of live theatre. Whether you’re in the spotlight or part of the ensemble, you’ll be part of something unforgettable.

Join us, and let your talent shine in the magic of musical theatre!
